Rasheed Serrao is a Professional Engineer with 16 years of experience in land development and project management within the urban redevelopment sector. His knowledge of the various land development processes, including OPA & rezoning, draft plan of subdivisions and site plan approvals has given him the ability to manage today’s ever growing complexities of ‘Urban Infill’ and ‘Mixed-Use’ developments. Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Civil Engineering, from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and has been with Counterpoint since 2015.

Karl Repka is a Professional Engineer and a LEED® accredited professional with 16 years of experience in land development consulting and project management in the residential, renewable energy and ICI sectors. Karl currently leads the Residential Practice Area at Counterpoint and a portfolio of low and medium density residential and site plan projects in communities in Durham Region and east of the GTA. Karl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Civil Engineering, from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and has been with Counterpoint since 2013.

David Di Iorio is a Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience in land development engineering and consulting. His primary focus was with retail projects in Ontario and Western Canada. More recently he has been involved with several projects that involve repurposing of urban retail sites into mixed-use communities. His knowledge of the site plan and plan of sub-division processes allow him to provide clients with consulting services that are beyond technical needs. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and has been with Counterpoint since 2007.
