JOHN PATTERSON // P.ENG.

jpatterson@counterpointeng.com  |  905-326-3112

John founded Counterpoint with the belief that commercial and residential developers should expect more from their engineering consultants than competent working drawings. They deserve innovative thinking, strong lasting relationships, and unwavering commitment to getting things done on or ahead of schedule. Under John's leadership, Counterpoint has been a key participant in the launch of three large U.S. retailers into Canada, as well as the development and redevelopment of new outlet centres, and the expansion of regional malls. The depth and variety of these experiences have positioned John as a leading technical advisor within the commercial marketplace and an invaluable asset to the Counterpoint team.
